Dear Graduates,

Through your hard work and dedication, you have earned the right to graduate from our school. We congratulate you all and wish you continued success in your future endeavors.

Graduating students will complete the graduation clearance process once their diplomas have been printed and are ready for distribution.

Requirements for graduation procedures:

Students who wish to graduate and terminate their affiliation must first register with the Graduate Information System (https://mezun.aku.edu.tr/). They must obtain a single-page PDF printout of their registration, sign it, and deliver it in person or by mail to the faculty along with their student ID card.

Students who submit incomplete documents will have their procedures suspended until the missing documents are submitted.

Students who wish to terminate their enrollment in person (graduates) must come to the Faculty in person and submit their Student ID Card and signed Graduate Information System printout to the Faculty Student Affairs Office. The termination document prepared by the Faculty Student Affairs Office will be given to the student after the signatures have been completed. The student will submit the withdrawal document to the Rectorate’s Diploma Office to receive their bachelor’s or associate’s degree diploma.

Students who wish to terminate their enrollment with the university by cargo may request that their diplomas be sent to their addresses by registered mail, provided they pay the shipping costs themselves. Graduates who wish to have their diplomas sent to their addresses by registered mail must log in with their E-Government password at http://onbasvuru.aku.edu.tr. After completing the necessary form at aku.edu.tr and completing the necessary procedures for termination (after sending the Signed Diploma Request Form, Student ID Card, and Single-Page Signed Graduate Information System printout to the Faculty), the procedures will be completed, and they will receive their diplomas.

NOTE: Students who have lost their student ID must fill out and sign the attached form and send it to the Faculty along with the payment receipt.
